Day... 72?

You know how I started walking 3 miles a day a few weeks back? That was great for about a week and a half, and then it started getting really difficult. Because it's so difficult, I've been going through a lot of struggle every single day to get myself out and walk. I do walk almost every day, but some days I don't get all three miles in.

As a result of that, I've been dealing with a whole truckload of guilt and self-recrimination and have finally decided that I need to just chill out. If I can't do 3 miles a day, then I'll reset the goal to 1.5 miles a day and consider anything over that as a bonus.

So that's what I'm doing. I don't know if I'll change this after a week or two; what I need right now is a chain of successful days, and we'll see how I feel about things after I get that.
